Taken 8-7-2000. The ceiling of one of the dining rooms at Chuy's Fine Tex-Mex is covered with hubcaps. When they set the table at Chuy's, the silverware is in little wax-paper bags which are sealed with a round colored sticker. It's a Chuy's tradition to remove the sticker, write a little message on it, and then stick it on the ceiling. So think of a good message so that when you visit, you'll be ready. The only thing I could think to write during my last visit is "I Like Popcorn."
