He gets on the microphone every once in a while, encourages people to get really really drunk and orchestrates beer guzzling contests and what-not. The girl in the foreground is Dana. She was staying at the same hotel we were and we met her in the restaurant earlier that evening. We couldn't catch up with Dana to tell her we had some great pictures of her.
